 
all our footwear is made to order, here in the UK by skilled craftsmen, and created from Lorica, a revolutionary, breathable material for day long foot comfort. if you're ordering for the first time we suggest you send us a foot plan and girth measrurement (see below for details). this helps us to decide which combination of our standard pattern pieces will best suit your feet. remember to allow about 3 weeks for us to make and despatch your order.
most styles also include our famous padded insoles to cushion every step, which is why our customers tell us they are the most comfortable Vegan shoes they've ever worn.
we care about the environment and don't want you to throw away your old favourite Freerangers styles – we offer a full re-furbishing service. our little elves will welcome your old favourites back, give them some TLC and have them back in the post to you in about a week.
we can supply new replacement insoles for most of our styles either shoe or sandal insoles.

- For shoes - let us know your normal shoe size if you have a problem with fitting please send us a foot plan. To do this get someone else to draw around your feet using a slim biro type pen, whilst you are standing in your normal socks / tights, keeping the pen vertical.
- Put a tape measure under your foot at the widest point - from your big toe joint to the little toe and read off the measurement on top of your foot. This is the girth measurement. Do this for each foot - they will probably be different.
- Choose your style.
- Choose your colour - if selecting two colours please note the main colour first.
